Requirements:

Education: Diploma holder in relevant field Administrative and Clerical skills: Proficient in MS Office suite Excellent typing & data entry skills with high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and file management skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills – BM and English, 3rd language is added advantage Ability to interact professionally with cross-functional team members and clients Strong attention to details Collaborative mindset and willing to support other T&P member

Responsibilities:

Assist with compiling proposal document requirement for HR, Finance, QHSE other than technical narratives, CV and other materials Format proposal content according to client’s requirement and Bureau Veritas standards, ensuring consistent branding and styling Prepare proposal cover sheets, title pages, table of contents and other related matter Manage proposal document control from proposal numbering system to online files and/or folder organization Coordinate the printing and arrange for proposal submission if hardcopy is required Provide general administrative support to the Tenders & Proposal team such as meeting rooms booking, taking minutes and distribution of materials Handling e-signature and personal details of top management for official document Collaborate with Tender & Proposal team to identify process improvement and best practices Stay informed of proposal requirements and formats for target clients and opportunities
