What this opportunity involves:

The Property Services Supervisor (PSS) plays a critical role in helping us at Barangaroo in our vision to leave Sydney better than we found it. This role will include all operations within International Towers 2 & 3 and International House. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in managing the Building’s TSR SystemEnergy ManagementDocument ManagementAccess Control and Security CCTVPeople and traffic management systemsDock managementWork with the Operations Team to assist with energy & water ratings in the building including arranging meetings with customer partners about various programs and benefits that would assist them within their own tenancies.Ensuring customer issues are actioned by the appropriate staff within the wider management team.

What we are looking for?

Tertiary qualifications in engineering or property management are desirable but trade qualifications will be favourably considered;A minimum of 2 years operational management of Premium / A Grade, Commercial and Retail properties operational systems;A demonstrated work history with the implementation and management of technology based systems is highly desirable;A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines;Strong and empathetic written and verbal communication skills;
