Summary
The Property Service Coordinator will be supporting the TD facility managers with CMMS tasks by updating PM work orders, maintaining equipment information in RealCondition, contacting the centralized CMMS team with PM schedule changes, and being a point of contact for vendors.
Responsibilities
Follow-up on overdue PM and IN work orders with a focus on compliance work orders. Provide weekly and monthly work order reports to internal and external customers; FMs, the CMMS team, vendors, etc. Review the monthly PM simulation report from the CMMS team to identify changes. Submit PM schedule updates to the CMMS team, including vendor changes, frequency changes, new locations and removal of closed locations. Support the addition of new equipment into the CMMS via RealCondition.
Knowledge and Skills
Self-directed; Takes great ownership of tasks and does not wait to be told to initiate recurring tasks. Manage requests for PM schedule changes. Identify dependencies and priorities. Excellent working knowledge of RealSuite 7 including RealCondition and RealReport. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Flexible; Able to change focus on tasks as required. Familiarity with PM simulation reports and work order export reports.
