UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate enthusiastic Property Project Coordinator to join our team in Orange.

Job Purpose
This role will carry out Property Project Management and supervision for high risk corrective maintenance activities as well as the delivery of 3 Year Major Works Plan (3MWP), across CRN.
This role will also manage maintenance works and project works assisting the Property and Facilities Manager to maintain a fit for purpose, compliant and safe portfolio of Property assets.
The Property Project Coordinator will also engage contractors and suppliers in a compliant fashion enabling works and services to be carried out to meet requirements of the CRN operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of high-risk complex reactive maintenance to ensure continuance of service and services are delivered safely, punctually, within budget and meet the KPI’s of the contract
Coordinate the delivery of 3MWP property projects according to the procedure ensuring all works are completed with minimal defects.
Review the Inspection program findings with the regional services managers and identify any risks and implement controls to manage these risks includes corrective maintenance of leased property.
Work to optimise work allocation to subcontractors and ensure smooth delivery of the contract services
Have an understanding on external stakeholder approval processes according to the type of work and activity eg; submission of Development applications, engaging Heritage consultants and completing (OEH) Office of Environments and Heritage exemption application.
Assess subcontractor performance and capability and identify improvements
Qualifications and Experience
Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment is highly desirable
Past experience in Heritage refurbishment desirable
General knowledge of the building industry, scope development, material identification and the supervision and management of subcontractors
Rail Industry Workers (RIW) card or willing to obtain
