Minimum requirements:
University graduate with a 3-year degree (or related qualification). Experience in property management. Hospitality experience. Understand service delivery, student behaviour and student expectations. Proven team player: ability to work with a team and achieve daily and monthly goals. Able to motivate team members and drive unique team member qualities. Ability to manage conflict head-on and resolve under pressure. Great time management. Self-starter: able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction. Detail oriented: pays attention to details regarding processes and extra attention to special requests. Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills. Extrovert with great people skills that feeds off the energy of other people and group work.
Key Responsibilities:
Live the company vision and values· Understand student expectations, experience, and behavior· Implement and execute the operational strategy· Set and achieve annual occupancy goals· Set and achieve annual service fee rates growth· Manage debtors and limit bad debt to achieve campus goals· Set and achieve annual net property income· Set and achieve capital replacement and capital requirements budgets· Achieve monthly and weekly financial timelines· Manage monthly utilities, building management systems and provide cost saving solutions· Execute the campus community strategy· Execute the campus marketing strategy· Increase operational efficiency of buildings and infrastructure· Increase team members’ efficiency. Implement and execute company operating processes· Provide leadership to the campus team members· Manage team performance and conduct quarterly performance reviews· Execute and manage service delivery levels on campus· Hold team members accountable to the highest level of service delivery.
