Our client in the Bellevue, WA area is looking to hire a Property Manager for their location. The ideal candidate will need a proven track record in managing tenant relations and improving retention rates. Responsibilities include implementing asset management strategies to maximize property value and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Light traveling between various property locations potentially across multiple cities or regions Outdoor and Indoor Work Conditions.

The Day-to-Day:

Oversee daily property operations with a focus on resident satisfaction and tenant retention.Manage seamless move-ins and move-outs, ensuring lease adherence and smooth transitions.Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt issue resolution for residents.Cultivate a customer-focused environment, promoting effective communication between residents and staff.Lead, manage, and train on-site teams to optimize performance and productivity.Conduct property inspections, ensuring adherence to aesthetic and maintenance standardsManage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting to meet revenue targets

Qualifications:

High School Diploma2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or a similar industry.Strong proficiency in property management software Yardi or similar program is preferred.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$25.00 to $30.00 /hrMonday to Friday9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
