What you will be doing
Lead an offshore team of Property Management Coordinators who oversee the processing of CAM Reconciliations, Landlord work orders, and other related tasks for the Company.
The position will be based in Boise, ID.
Main responsibilities
CAM Reconciliation: Review, audit, and process CAM Reconciliations in preparation for Property Manager approval. Ensure adherence to critical dates and payment management deadlines. People Management: Directly oversee and manage a team of offshore Property Management Coordinators. Mentor, coach, and support the development of the team throughout the fiscal year. Assign workloads and ensure timely completion of duties. Provide input into the performance and work of subordinates and participate in regular performance appraisals. Landlord Work Orders: Supervise the Landlord work order process and resolve pending issues. Work with landlords or their maintenance directors when necessary to support the team. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence in all team responsibilities. Support coordination across functional groups internally and externally. Conduct meetings using Meetings with a Purpose protocols. Default Prevention and Resolution: Observe set processes and create strategies pertaining to CAM payment obligations to prevent receipt of Defaults. Assist in the resolution of defaults relating to CAM by partnering with divisional Property Managers and the in-service team. Research and Documentation: Conduct research and review Lease documentation to support team needs. Audit QuickBase data integrity relating to CAM Recon processing and work order tracking. Process Improvement: Recommend and provide input to the Director of Property Management regarding process improvement and opportunities to implement better practices. Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to the operations, property management, and real estate teams.A copy of the full job description can be made available to you.
What we are searching for
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on real estate, lease management, property management, or general business preferred, and/or 5 to 7 years of previous experience in real estate accounting, property management, and/or lease administration. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of real estate leases. Exhibit strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with others to achieve desired results. Demonstrated experience in people management, including mentoring, coaching, and developing team members. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a demanding environment where multiple obligations need simultaneous attention. Navigate a corporate environment, interacting with multiple internal business units and outside parties proficiently. Think critically and creatively to solve problems. Proficient with lease management software, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.What is it like at Albertsons?
