What You’ll Do:
Supervise a team of coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaners Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure optimal condition Manage tenant requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Develop and implement maintenance schedules to enhance operational efficiency What You’ll Bring:

Diploma or certificate in property management or a related field. 5+ years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in property management software and tools.
