PROPERTY AND FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in a related field is a plus Proven experience (typically 1+ years) in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in property or facilities management Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive administrative support, including managing records, preparing reports, processing invoices, and handling correspondence Scheduling & Coordination: Schedules preventative maintenance tasks, coordinates repairs with vendors, and tracks work orders. Manages calendars and schedules meetings Tenant Communication: Handles routine tenant inquiries, communicates with tenants about the status of their requests, and assists with move-in/move-out processes Data Entry & Analysis: Enters data into facilities management systems, analyzes data to identify trends, and prepares reports for the Lead and FM Vendor Communication: Communicates with vendors to schedule services, request quotes, and track the progress of repairs Inventory Management: Manages inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and tracking usage Compliance Assistance: Assists with maintaining compliance records and other documentation related to facilities operations
