Client Executive and Subject Matter Expert, Property and Casualty

Brief Posting Description and Responsibilities include:

Serve as lead relationship manager for assigned customer groupLead Huntington Insurance Team in solution identification, marketing and design of insurance program placement on specifically assigned group of customersPossess a high degree of Property and Casualty market knowledge and technical expertiseCollaborate with a team to insure large complex accounts across agency footprintPrioritize effectively and respond in optimal time frames while working in a fast paced environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Property & Casualty insurance license and standard or advanced insurance designation or equivalent preferred

• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience with expertise in at least 1 industry segment or P&C line of business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Problem solving skills/ability to handle complex issues

• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

• Strong PC and Internet skills to include at least an intermediate user level of Microsoft Excel and Word required

Major Responsibilities:

Serve as lead relationship manager on existing book of business, procuring retention of customersProvide Placement Expertise in Property and Casualty to an assigned book of businessAssist team members in identification and placement of coverage solutions for current and upcoming risksEstablish and Maintain carrier relationshipsShare market intelligence with team members on specific areas of expertiseParticipate in Agency Growth InitiativesParticipate with team members in Client Facing interactionsCollaborate with other Subject Matter Experts on strategy and executionProvide Technical Support to Insurance colleaguesCollaborate with other Subject Matter Experts to deliver training to team membersPartner with Claims Department to assist in coverage negotiation during complex claimsAssure the delivery of risk management solutions, includingCoverage and Policy reviewsLoss Control VisitsClaim reviews, and Stewardship Meetings
