Property Access Coordinator - Entry Level
You are a motivated and detail-oriented Property Access Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating access to properties for the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. You will be door knocking and requesting permission to install telecommunications equipment on various properties. Communication between our team and property owners along with maintaining a high standard of customer service is a must for this customer facing position.

Essential Responsibilities: 

Request permission to install telecommunications equipment on various properties by door-to-door canvasing 

Explain the benefits and purpose of the equipment to property owners and obtain signed agreements for installation 

Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient installation of equipment 

Maintain a positive and professional image of the company while interacting with property owners. 

Maintain accurate records of all installations and permissions obtained 

 

Work Conditions: 

High school diploma or equivalent 

Previous experience in retail or door-to-door customer service or a similar role would be an asset 

Excellent communication and customer service skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Strong organizational and time management skills 

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle 

Must have and maintain a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR 

Successful completion of a criminal background check
