Responsibilities: • Thoroughly proofreading and editing content to eliminate errors and improve readability • Cooperating with the team to divide the workload effectively • Ensuring all content is ready for publication in a timely manner • Providing support over weekends as required • Adapting to fluctuating project demands and a fast-paced work environment • Being available for potential urgent requests for proofreading support • Ensuring consistency in content across all platforms • Assisting in bringing new team members up to speed on the project • Participating actively in team discussions and offering constructive feedback • Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. 02720-0013168630 Requirements • Proven experience as a proofreader in the advertising industry. • Exceptional skills in proofreading and editing for grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. • Strong knowledge of the English language and its nuances. • Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software. • Familiarity with the style guides and industry-specific terminologies used in advertising. • Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies. • Good communication skills to coordinate with writers and other team members. • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
