Role description:
Our Transit group is an award winning mid-sized design studio dedicated to delivering creative public transit design solutions that elevate and strengthen the communities they serve. We are looking for a Projects Requirements coordinator
Within Arcadis’ Transit Architecture Team you’ll play an integral role in the execution of innovative and always forward-thinking Transit Station projects--changing how millions of people navigate their urban surroundings in Toronto, across Canada, through the US and world-wide. You’ll work with our talented, energetic, award-winning Architectural Design Team. You’ll collaborate with various other disciplines within Arcadis and outside of Arcadis. You’ll collaborate with and serve various clients and industry stakeholders.
Role accountabilities:
Document Management and Control (SharePoint and ProjectWise) Data Management and Control (MS Excel) Analyzing Technical Documents for Accuracy and Clarity Analyzing Technical Documents and Extracting RequirementsDesigning Data Bases for the Management of Project Requirements Working within a team to establish processes for the Management of Project Requirements Working within a team to Identify where new processes may be applied
Preparing; Complex Design Reports, Memos, RFIs, Presentations, etc. (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel) Preparing Project Agreement Requirements and/or Specifications Reviewing/Editing; Complex Design Reports, Memos, RFIs, Presentations, etc. (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel)
Reviewing/Editing Project Agreement Requirements and/or Specifications Communication with Extended Team, Architectural & Other Disciplines (Written and Verbal) Communication with Client and Industry Stakeholders (Written and Verbal) Meeting Coordination (Outlook, MS Teams) Meeting Minutes Preparation (MS Word, MS Excel)
Qualifications & Experience:
Architecture or Engineering Degree 2-4 Years of Relevant/Equivalent Experience Required Interest/Focus in Project Coordination Experience with the Coordination of Project Requirements Experience with the Production of Project Agreement Documents and/or Specification Documents Experience with Project Schedules and Budgets (Preferred) Experience with Design-Build or Alternative Delivery Methods in OntarioWhy Arcadis?

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $82,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. #LI-BK1
