Projects and Continuous Improvement Engineer
Overview

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Projects and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company.

As the Projects and Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and implementing various projects to optimize processes and enhance productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans, and execute initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and implement solutions Analyze data and present insights and recommendations to management Provide technical support and training to employees on process improvement methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Engineering/Chemical) At least 5 year’s experience in process engineering in a food and dairy system design At least 5 year’s experience in project management within the food dairy industry Sound knowledge and experience of regulatory and legislative requirements for food and dairy industry Experience in handling large capital projects Computer literate in MS Package, AutoCAD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred

Benefits:

Salary: R840K/yr – R750K/yr, negotiable Training & Development
