Responsibilities: + Communicate with the Regional and/or District Manager on a daily basis to discuss priorities and schedule projects. + Complete projects relating to capital budgets, routine to-do list, operations, etc. + Identify and report any deficiencies to district and/or regional manager + Obtains bids on projects + Oversee contractors work on the property and help with capital projects Skills: + Strong leadership skills + Must have 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician + Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, & HVAC. + Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices + Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills + Good physical condition and strength + HVAC Certification #NYIND
