The Opportunity:
As a Team Lead with CACI Mission & Engineering Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely mission support while coordinating and integrating input from team members across various assigned projects.


Responsibilities:

In your capacity as a liaison between your assigned directorate and the CACI team, you will ensure that team members are well-equipped to meet contract requirements and exceed customer expectations.Collaborating closely with team leads from other directorates, you will enhance communication and facilitate effective collaboration, optimizing support for the JNWC.You will also manage institutional knowledge through the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and checklists.Ensuring that team members are engaged, empowered to learn and grow, and capable of providing exceptional support to customers will be essential to your leadership.Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and provide valuable insights to government and military customers will be a key aspect of your role.Additionally, you will implement systems and processes to manage production workflows, track contract deliverables, and ensure quality and value in all outputs.Furthermore, you will oversee and manage assigned contract personnel, identifying opportunities to optimize team capabilities and facilitate efficient support for the JNWC mission.



Qualifications:

Required: 

5+ years of relevant experience in the military operations and intelligenceA bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldA deep understanding of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center’s Mission, Processes and Objectives2+ years of proven leadership experienceAbility to lead, delegate responsibility for tasks and taskings and display a sense of urgency as you go about your workStrong verbal and written communications skills in addition to good organization and time management skillsProven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsProficiency in CACI software and applicationsIn-depth knowledge of CACI policies, processes, and available resourcesEndorsement and support from your current team and leadershipTeam members currently on waivers are not eligible for consideration.


Desired:

A master’s degree in a relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCompletion of a Department of Defense leadership course for commissioned or non-commissioned officers

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
