Project Support Team Lead


 In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Interacting with MSOL groups to enhance the PA & OM processes and to achieve the objectives from Operations Management and internal customers. Lead continuous improvement opportunities related to Tier2+ orders Build and maintain a partnership environment on the project support group Mentor and coach team members in technical and soft skills. Resource’s supervision, appraisals, one on ones, etc. Responsible for regional processes and enhancement related with Tier2+ Orders. Participate in the recruitment and selection process. This role keeps a percentage of operations/transactional responsibilities.
    Who You Are: A person hardworking for operational excellence with a dedication to delighting customer, who supervising the processes related to Project Administration and Order Management You are a person who works very well in a team and knows how to delegate tasks to your work team. You meet management objectives by using the best characteristics of each of the team members.
    For This Role, You Will Need: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any related field, or Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience. Experience working with complex data sets in data warehouse environments. Ability to interact and communicate optimally, orally & in writing, with all levels of Management. Lead and construct an effective team to achieve the Management goals Excellent communication skills due to the interaction with high level management. Previous Technical experience with Order Management and Project Administration Experience with Oracle in several modules (at least 5 years)
