This immediate opening comes as our client transitions from their current team member, requiring a quick-learning professional who can step in and maintain operational continuity. As their project support needs expand, they require a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day coordination of recruitment projects, particularly focusing on government-affiliated roles and RFP processes.
The Impact you’ll makeProject Coordination \nSupport 1-2 teams focusing on executive and sales hiring initiatives\nManage and track project timelines and deliverables\nCoordinate between team members to ensure project milestones are met\nAssist in managing RFP processes and proposal requirements\nDocumentation & Reporting \nCreate and maintain accurate project documentation\nGenerate regular status reports and updates\nFinalize files and update ATS systems\nProcess and organize recruitment-related documentation\nAdministrative Support \nManage email communications and correspondence\nCoordinate schedules and meetings\nHandle sensitive information with discretion\nSupport team members with administrative tasks as needed\nClient Communication \nAssist in preparing client-facing documents\nSupport proposal development for government-affiliated roles\nMaintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders\n
