About the Role We are looking for talented individuals to help build the next growth phase of our assay data analysis and management software platform, Genedata Screener. Screener is the undisputed market leader for assay analytics in pharma R&D, with more than half of the Top-50 pharma companies already customers. We are looking to further increase Screener’s adoption across pharma R&D to support broadly the discovery and development of innovative treatments. You will work in our successful, innovative, interdisciplinary, and highly motivated business team to make this happen. The Project Reporting Coordinator will support customer-facing account teams with implementation of consulting strategies and finance practices, analyze and project consulting efforts, assist with project accounting, and support operational finance initiatives. This role offers a broad perspective on how various business functions come together to achieve organizational goals and how IT projects are run in pharma R&D. This full-time position is based in either our Lexington, MA or San Francisco, CA offices, and will have responsibilities for Screener business in North America. This position requires occasional domestic and international travel. The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Your Responsibilities Our ideal candidate will: + Monitor customer-facing consulting and software projects across North America for Screener. + Collaborate with account teams on planning, contracting, delivery, accounting, and revenue realization for customer-facing services and deliverables. + Track projects, verify deliverables, document delivery and milestones, support corporate finance requirements, provide ERP reporting. + Interact with teams from professional services, software development, sales, and product management to track and record consulting effort and customer software implementations for finance compliance and forecasting efforts + Report to Head of Screener US Professional Services Skills & Experience We are looking for a qualified professional with excellent communication and organizational abilities to be a key member of our US Screener Team. The successful candidate will have the following background: + Bachelor’s degree and business mindset + Experience with contract services and revenue accounting practices + Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Microsoft Sharepoint is beneficial + Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills + Good communication and presentation skills + Analytical mindset + Attention to detail + Excellent knowledge of English + Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. What We Offer Genedata is on a mission to accelerate the pace of biopharma R&D.
