Education & Certification: 2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/mechanical engineering/ electrical engineering, or a related field. 3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred. 4. Additional certifications in construction management, MEP systems, or related fields are an advantage. 1. Experience: 2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors. 3. Proven experience managing both civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in turnkey and Capex projects. 4. Strong background in resort, commercial, or high-end property development is highly desirable. 1. Technical Skills: 2. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and structural systems. 3. Expertise in MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and ELV systems. 4. Strong understanding of waterproofing, structural integrity, and energy efficiency solutions. 5. Ability to review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. 6. Proficient in project scheduling software such as MS Project or similar tools. 7. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for drafting and reviewing designs. 8. Experience working with 3D design software such as SketchUp or similar tools to develop 3D renders. 9. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental compliance standards. 10. Strong hands-on experience of QA & QC in construction field. 1. Project Management & Leadership: 2. Experience in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management. 3. Strong capability in stakeholder coordination, including consultants, contractors, and government agencies. 4. Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality and timely project delivery. 5. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project execution. 1. Soft Skills & Competencies: 2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. 1. Additional Requirements: 2. Willingness to work in remote or resort-based locations. 3. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as required by project needs.
