Location : Iselin, NJ HYBIRD Must have retail banking exp Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Involved in requesting for the reports and data . Work on managing and prioritizing what report request has been done before / used again. Managing reporting as a PM . Work on Priorities in reports/ avoid duplication . Establish a Deadline and Monitor the Progress of the Project They must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members
