About the role
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our dedicated Global Tool & Injection Molding team.
As a Project Manager, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage projects existing within product portfolio of injection molding parts, through all phases. You will create a clear and ambitious plan and ensure that the project is delivered successfully on time with agreed quality, documentation, and cost.

Your reporting line is to our Senior Manager Tooling & Injection Molding, and you will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues in Denmark, who are responsible for, changes on existing and participation in new product development. We can offer you close collaboration with highly specialized colleagues in both Denmark, Slovakia, US and Mexico.
Your main work location is in Osted, south of Roskilde, with occasional meetings at our office in Søborg. We offer flexibility to work from home several days per week, after agreement with your manager and as it fits with your tasks. You can expect up to 15 travel days annually, mainly to our manufacturing site in Mexico.
Your key responsibilities
Main responsibilities in this role include - but are not limited to:
Lead several projects by bringing structure and motivation to the project and facilitate cross-functional teamwork.Ensuring that project plans, including scope, success criteria, project schedule, resource plan and project risk plan are performed with involvement of key stakeholders.Establish and maintain a productive relation with the relevant critical suppliers based on trust and respect.Managing project deliverables with accountability and ensuring timely mitigation on risks.Reporting project status on monthly basis to the steering group.Conduct validation of certain designated processes.Establish investment applications for Molding projects.Ensuring that documentation of process or product changes made is compliant with current regulations - ISO, FDA, and any other current regulatory requirements.To succeed in the role
You have a technical background and experience with tooling and injection molding and a proven track record as a Project Manager, delivering projects successfully on time with agreed quality, scope, and cost, you are a team player with a holistic mindset. You apply best project management practices to lead and steer the Project Team safely and with motivation and good spirit through all stages of the project. You utilize your good collaborations skills, to build strong collaboration with other functions and stakeholders.
You are pragmatic and operate with a high sense of urgency to meet your deadlines. You thrice in an informal team and enjoy a busy working day and can progress several tasks in parallel. You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills that will help you to take fast and well-founded decisions.
Qualification & Experience
3+ years of proven experience as Project Manager, successfully leading projects, preferably within the medical device industry or similar.Technical background as Engineer, toolmaker or similar and experience with tooling and injection molding.Preferable, you have experience, knowledge, or interest with production technologies within plastics, process validation and Risk Management.Fluent in Danish and English, in writing as well as verbally.About us
