Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Project Manager/Technology Manager to join their team in Cape Town, WC. The client is seeking a young, dynamic, and ambitious candidate to spearhead the technical development of our fantasy sports betting app, built on the Flutter platform. This role demands a visionary leader who is both technically skilled and deadline-driven, capable of scaling an innovative startup from scratch.

Responsibilities: 

Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture. Drive the app’s technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions. Oversee all tech operations, including architecture design, system performance, and security. Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions. Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge technologies in mobile app development and gaming. Quality control and ensures the team follows the vision of the brand

Requirements: 

Proven leadership experience as a CTO, Project Manager, Technology Manager, or equivalent. Relevant Education  Expert in Flutter, Dart, XCode and mobile application frameworks. Agile, innovative, and thrives under tight deadlines. A “go-getter” mindset with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. Strong communication and mentorship skills to inspire a young team.
