Proactively identify new opportunities for enhanced specifications, uncovering and understanding these through application of trained techniques, supply chain knowledge, commercial awareness, and in-depth knowledge of customers’ businesses. Ensure profitable development of the project pipeline. Ensure follow-through from specification to application in line with KPI to ensure that you deliver sales revenue for the region. Provide on-site technical support for key customers on project sites within a sales region, working as part of an integrated regional team to drive our product leadership proposition to develop customer satisfaction. Support the QS function in the region, ensuring that projects are serviced professionally from a QS point of view.
