CACI is seeking a Project Manager/Site Lead in Southwest Asia to manage OCONUS projects in support of our federal customer.
Responsibilities:
Principal site representative in all matters pertaining to the Task Order in Southwest Asia (SWA)Collects/reports metrics, manages scope, prioritizes work and resources while acting as the identified contact for the Government to manage metrics, reports, briefings, and other means of communication Task Oder requirementsResponsible for the design, implementation and performance of projects or tasks in accordance with Task Order requirementsPlans, coordinates and supervises all Task Order activities and assigned personnel within the AOREnsures completion and timely submission of required tasks and deliverables as outlined in this PWS.Ensures sufficient coverage of contractor personnel in each task area to meet deliverables and tasksProvides project management support/oversight of all projectsCoordinates with the PMO and COR on Task Order requirements and concerns as neededDevelops and implements project schedulesDirects and supervises resources for the performance of project assignments and activitiesResponsible for personnel, finance, training, supply systems and support services necessary for specific site requirementsManages subcontractors and vendors providing services and materialsOptimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, personnel and implements quality assurance program directivesManages Task Order performance through effective leadership of the site, to include compliance with quality and safety/environmental standardsCompletes site visits to ensure contractor personnel at outlying sites are completing tasks/deliverables as outlined in this Task Order’s PWSResponsible for ensuring all site personnel adhere to host nation standards of conductEstablishes and implements tactical and operational plans for the SWA Region, with significant impact on the achievement of the overall Task OrderFocus is on mid to long-term strategies and projects (e.g., 2-5 years) to achieve business results, which may require substantial development of new processes, standards or operational plansCommunicates with parties within and outside of own project/program, and has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, which includes customers, vendors, and host-nation officialsProblems faced may be difficult to moderately complex in natureExperience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management or related field from an accredited university/college with 10+ years experience of successful managerial experience on DoD projects - or Major Certification plus 14 + years of recent specialized experience of military or civilian equivalent operations as it pertains to maintenance, integration, installation, engineering/facility/SCIF and logistics support
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:Demonstrated leadership in successfully managing complex projects with large number of personnel, equipment and mission support operations requiredManagement experience in contingency support operationsKnowledge of practical application of information operations for military operationsSkilled in operations, logistics, and resource managementAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independentlyExcellent leadership, decision-making, verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering/facility/SCIF, warehousing, materiel management, and maintenance activitiesSkilled brieferFluent in the English language including the ability to read and write

The proposed salary range for this position is:
