5. Process Improvement:

Evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. Develop and implement best practices for project delivery.

6. Risk and Issue Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Manage issues and dependencies proactively to avoid delays. Develop robust incident management processes for security and operational incidents. Oversee projects improving IT Asset Management for comprehensive asset tracking.

7. Documentation:

Prepare essential project documents, including project charters, plans, status reports, performance reports, and closeout reports. Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Experience:

Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience.

2. Project Management Skills:

Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project.

3. Education and Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.

4. Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and deployment strategies. Familiarity with Controls and KCIs for risk management. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, strategies, and disaster recovery scenarios. Good-to-Have Qualifications:
