Salary: £58,000-£68,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As a Project Manager/Reliability Engineer working in our Wrigley factory you will apply your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to improve processes/equipment as well as advocate and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for? Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.Project Management experience delivering capital projects.What will be your key responsibilities? Improve safety, food safety, and efficiency metrics, reduce maintenance costs, and technician time through reliability data analysis and improvement projects.Develop and implement a maintenance strategy aligned with Mars Supply Excellence (MSE), including planned and predictive maintenance.Manage reliability improvement initiatives with maintenance technicians and 3rd party vendors to reduce breakdowns.Analyse reliability data and report on the impact of maintenance strategies and improvements on factory performance.Support Site Asset Health Check process, ensuring compliance with regional requirements, eliminating obsolete equipment, and managing minor reliability improvement projects (up to 1M GBP).In the first 12 months in the role, you will support the changing in the engineering outlook and drive preventative management.What can you expect from Mars?
