Job Title: Project Manager – Regulatory Excellence
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Your Role:
Project Manager – Regulatory Excellence to lead and drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives. The candidate should have a strong background in Lean Management, Lean&Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, along with expertise in optimizing workflows and implementing best practices.This role requires excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. The Project Manager will continuously review the process landscape as a lean management expert, coordinate process transfers, and collaborate with process owners to define robust KPI settings. He/she will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process automation, and performance enhancement while ensuring adherence to KPIs, quality, and timelines. Additionally, this role will foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven decision-making and innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Who Are You:
Project Management:
Independently lead and execute medium to large-scale projects in the regulatory domain, working across multiple interfaces.Manage implementation projects, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and agile methodologies for delivering compliance solutions on emerging global regulations.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.Lead Kaizen Burst events and cross-functional workshops independently across the matrix organization.Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Effectively engage with stakeholders in a global matrix organization, ensuring buy-in and alignment across teams.Demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills to influence and drive decision-making.Actively network and collaborate with business partners, fostering a strong regulatory and compliance culture.Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Leverage advanced project management and process improvement concepts such as Lean&Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma and Lean Management initiatives.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, exploring and implementing new tools and methodologies to enhance project execution and process efficiency.Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement and process optimization in the regulatory environment.Utilize KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and measure the impact of initiatives.Coordinate the development activities of automation tools and digital solutions from ideation to implementation together with the digital transformation team to enhance process efficiency.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in natural science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldExperience: Overall 8 -12 years of experience in Lean ManagementDemonstrated experience in leading Kaizen Burst EventsProject Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt)Competencies & Skills:
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Change Management capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High level of autonomy and ability to drive initiatives independently.Collaborative approach and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
