Project Manager - Dublin
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team in Dublin to support us in one of the most exciting and largest commercial fit out projects happening in Ireland. This is an immediate start position. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry, either in design, engineering, or management, specifically in commercial fit out projects. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, commercially aware, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. They will be fully engaged in all aspects of project management from inception to delivery of the project. They are expected to take responsibility, prioritize work and tasks to meet deadlines, and have the tenacity to be results-focused and build and develop relationships quickly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Define project deliverables and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.:Lead and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Coordinate and oversee the work of consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.Oversee contract administration to ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and drawing reviews to clients and internal teams.Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.Participate in the preparation of bid documents and formal pitch presentations.Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, design, or quantity surveyingStrong understanding of design, construction methodologies, MEP services, construction contractsProficiency MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCADStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Fluent in both written and spoken English and experienced in producing high quality reports.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
