Job Title: Project Manager (PE)Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager (PE) to join our Civil Engineering Department. The Project Manager position is within a team-oriented environment and the responsibilities include designing utilities, roadways, erosion control, and grading projects in developing engineering site and subdivision plans. The Project Manager works with CAD Technicians in designing and generating accurate and detailed plan production work. Additionally, the position involves communicating with other staff, clients, contractors, and the general public for engineering or construction-related issues. Essential Skills + 5 to 15 years of land development experience. + Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. + Professional Registration: PE. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in site civil, residential design, and commercial projects. + Commitment to the company's mission and shared values of a team approach to projects. Work Environment The work environment includes a team of 3 Principal Engineers and a 50-person technical team. The role involves regular communication with staff, clients, contractors, and the general public regarding engineering or construction issues. The Project Manager works closely with CAD Technicians to design and generate detailed plan production work. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
