Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hydroelectric projects.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Prepare and present project reports and documentation.Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience of in project management, particularly in hydroelectric projects.10+ years of experience in managing hydroelectric projects.Professional Engineer (PE) license.Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects.Knowledge of sustainable and green engineering practices.Experience working with international projects and teams.Strong network within the renewable energy industry.Strong knowledge of hydroelectric technologies and processes.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
