Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Project Manager of PMO. The Project Manager of PMO is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated projects to ensure that project goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the duties in this document personally or by delegation to peers/subordinate supervisors. What you will do:
Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and the allotment of available resources to various phases of the project Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Coordinates project activities regarding government regulations or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required, including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and Project Analysis through required project documentation such as AIA Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews Prepares project reports for management, clients, or others Maintains the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion Ensures timely completion of assigned projects Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project from the customer Holds accountability for the successful completion of the project Assists coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract agreements or project documents required for file

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other related field 3+ years of experience in project management Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 - $140,000 + bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
