Project Manager (OEM en Renewables)

Om ons team in Delft, Nederland te versterken. In deze rol draag je bij aan de energietransitie door het managen van grote infrastructuur en wind-zon projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en uitvoeren van projecten met kabelleveringen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat projectdoelen worden behaald en aan klantvereisten wordt voldaan. Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere het rapporteren van projectvoortgang aan belanghebbenden, het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, het coördineren van projectdoelen met het team, het ondersteunen van projectaanbiedingen en het vormen van het projectteam.

Je behandelt klantorders in het SAP-systeem en coördineert met de fabrieken om ervoor te zorgen dat de leveringsschema’s worden nagekomen. Er zal veel contact zijn met de diverse fabrieken in Nederland en het buitenland. Je neemt tijdig en nauwkeurig maatregelen in geval van wijzigingen en levert oplossingen door verschillende functies samen te brengen. Incidentele zakenreizen binnen voornamelijk Nederland maken deel uit van de rol. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Manager OEM-REN, die je begeleiding en ondersteuning biedt.

Vereisten

We are now looking for a

Project Manager (OEM and Renewables) 

To join our team in Delft, Netherlands. In this role, you will contribute to the energy transition by managing cable supply for major wind infrastructure and solar park projects. You will be responsible for planning and implementing client cable supply projects, ensuring project goals are met and client requirements are fulfilled. Key responsibilities include reporting project progress to stakeholders, conducting risk analysis, coordinating project goals with the team, supporting project bidding, and forming the project team.

You will handle customer orders in our SAP system and coordinate with supplying factories to ensure delivery schedules are controlled. You will take timely and precise measures in case of schedule changes and lead problem-solving efforts by bringing together different functions. Occasional business trips within the Netherlands are part of the role. You will report directly to the Business Manager OEM-REN, who will provide guidance and support.

Requirements

Previous experience in project management and coordination is highly advantageous.Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of construction processes is a benefit.We value a relevant degree, for example in business administration or technical fields.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.Fluency in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
