THE ROLE
Reports to the Project Director for ensuring delivery of 1 or more project sites.

The project is a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth. This includes developing community facilities such as schools, mosques, parks, etc. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES·Management of all aspects of delivering one or more projects as part of the programme management consultant’s role on a major programme of construction development works.·Management of Construction Contractors methodologies and Programs.·Management of Construction Contractors methodologies and programs.Manage delivery of all project construction, coordinating on all logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities to ensure delivery of the Project to technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements established for the Project.·Interface with all sections of the team to meet overall program deliverables·Development, establishment and monitoring the Projects execution plan. Ensure execution of standards, policies, procedures and best practices·Liaise with the Engineering Team to assist in the development of design solutions that promote constructability and value engineeringMonitoring and reporting on the performance of the construction supervisors and the contractors, including on QHS&E requirements. Ensure Compliance with all Health and Safety and Environment policies and procedures.Identifying Projects Risks and Propose Mitigation Measures.Chair meetings with Contractors and Consultants.Preparing weekly and Monthly management reports and dashboards.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEBSc in related subject or equivalent experienceMinimum 15 years overall experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in similar roleMinimum 5 years of experience working in Middle EastSound knowledge of all operational aspects of buildings with experience in project management, construction management and practice and the delivery of complex major projectsExperience in Primavera Contracts Manager an advantageFluent English both written and spoken, Arabic speaking advantageous.COMPETENCIESStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommercial awarenessStrong customer focusPlanning & organisingAccepts ResponsibilityHSE Competency
