A week in the life of an On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization:

Lead a team transitioning into a matrix organization. Team provides program protection products to defend our S&T developmental efforts. Balance tasks between 5 task managers, as many as 20 product leads including our prime staff and 2 subcontractors Accept and prioritize tasking from 7 Government customers and our operations lead. Manage resource allocation, delivery dates and product quality.
