We are searching for a skilled Project Manager to work alongside a dynamic marketing and communications team to help drive and implement engaging and effective strategic marketing campaigns. These initiatives span multiple channels and platforms, including content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web. A successful candidate brings experience in the marketing and communications landscape to support day-to-day and strategic, long-term projects for the organization. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for working across multiple organizations, creating project plans and timelines, and driving completion of client deliverables that meet the objectives of the teams. Your Responsibilities IncludeLeverage project management best practices and tools and establish workflows to oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiatives Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams and audiences Drive the project plan for executing large scale communications and marketing campaigns Provide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines Consistently deliver high-quality products that meet client objectives and drive results that are consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision Aid in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events Manage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgets Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common and adaptability is required Stay knowledgeable about markets in and platforms on which clients operate Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization4+ years of project management experience working with various types of stakeholders and a variety of teams, such as creative, development, and production Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative Vendor and agency management experience Give and receive feedback respectfully to develop the most compelling products Solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiative to completion on time and within budget and scope Working knowledge and experience with project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), project management methodologies, and software and creative development lifecycle What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of Americans – especially the least fortunateA vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of othersCompetitive salaries and bonuses.
