Mission and responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

Work closely together with the Key Account Managers to support pre-sales activity. Engage in site assessments to review project feasibility based on technical assessment and local regulations, while understanding customers’ needs. Support internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, business partners such as civil works and plan installation companies). Activate and coordinate with Solution Engineering to draft a site preparation proposal for further evaluation of equipment layout and scopes required. Prepare and submit project implementation proposal to meet customer needs. Using the implementation proposal and technical assessment to generate site preparation scopes/quote as part of final proposal.

Order Execution Phase

Be the main interface during the project for both internal and external stakeholders. Continuously monitor and update project milestone status under PM tracking tools and ensure timely updates to project status. Ensure that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed in accordance with the awarded proposal. Review bids from building and rigging contractors and monitor contracts for quality and workmanship. Continuously ensure cycle times between each project milestones are within performance baselines. Provide regular meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project implementation. Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to, safety requirements, room layout and electrical, plumbing and HVAC requirements. Identify and address risks prior to and during implementation while ensuring project deliverables remain within planned schedule, cost and scope. Coordinate schedule and resources for timely construction, system delivery, installation and required user training. Oversee and ensure proper project documentation throughout implementation. Continuously manage and ensure change management communication channels are established for project plan deviations (scope/schedule/cost changes). Work with PM team to share lessons learned and best practices.

Quality & Regulatory

Responsible for adherence to Siemens Healthineers Guidelines. Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up with the relevant assigned quality training in a timely manner. Responsible to ensure all relevant project documents described above are filed and kept according to Quality and Internal control requirements.

Your qualifications and experiences:

You have minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with experience in project management within the healthcare industry. Academic background preferably in electronic / biomedical / construction / mechanical HVAC engineering General knowledge of construction and electrical codes and government radiation regulations. Fluent English, verbal and written communication skills essential. Proficient in business tools such as: MS Outlook, Teams, MS Project, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Availability to travel within the country outside the assigned region.
