Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Lead located in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be having a crucial part in the planning and execution of projects, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives. Responsibilities: • Implement project management and SDLC processes including Waterfall, Agile, or blended project management processes. • Maintain consistent communication across project teams to ensure alignment and address potential risks. • Utilize Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure in managing and overseeing project execution. • Employ your expertise in Contract Management and Content Management System (CMS) to ensure efficient project delivery. • Lead complex projects within a specific domain or function, ensuring alignment with project interdependencies. • Audit project progress, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and measurable outcomes. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite in managing and documenting project details. • Implement best practices in project management and change management. • Conduct coding tasks as part of project execution and delivery. • Manage cross-functional project teams and foster a collaborative working environment. • Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery. • Utilize your IT project management skills to lead and direct project teams.
