To drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects owned within the Lend, Climate and ESG Data and Analytics Office against time, resource, money and scope constraints

Are you someone who can:

Manage complex cross-segment data and analytics projects that require engagement with a broad range of business, risk and technical stakeholdersDevelop and manage project roadmaps, perform resource adequacy assessments and manage steering committees for relevant cross-segment initiativesManage project resources (including people, procurement, systems, time and budget) from the initiation of an identified project to the end of the defined project lifecycle or process in order to deliver on project goals and objectivesContinuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development and application thereof in an area of specialization, including data and model migration and reporting optimisation in the context of lending, ESG and climate riskMaintain and build relationships, including with senior stakeholders, for purposes of expectation management and project reportingLead indirect teams by providing a meaningful context, setting performance standards and educating on processManage the quality of delivery in line with predefined quality standards, procedures, SLA’s and project plans to ensure customer goal achievementImplement and use governance and compliance procedures and processes effectively to identify and manage risksContribute to the development of project budgets, control and report on budgeted resources to meet the project objectivesAssist with the creation of change management plans and implement these to maximise the adoption and/or usage and minimise resistanceCompile and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance with agreed project procedures and methodologies to effectively support project delivery as well as comply with audit requirementsCompile project progress reports and updates for presentation to executive audiencesSupport the Lend CDAO with management of the Lend Data and Analytics ExcoContribute to execution of ad-hoc tasks within the Lend, Climate and ESG Data and Analytics office, where capacity allows and such tasks align with skillset.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum Qualification: Project Management, Bcom Degree, Information ManagementExperience and skills: 3/5 years relevant experienceConfluence, Miro-boards, CO-Pilot an advantageSenior Stakeholder Management exposureCommunication verbal/writtenOrganisational skillsAttention to detailInnovative
