1Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Summary: Manages the initiation, planning and execution of large scale, complex and strategic multi-departmental projects related to clinical/business operations; communicates, presents and documents project plan, status updates, goals, and deliverables to executive sponsors, steering committees, project teams, and other stakeholders; identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively; ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget; responsible for the successful completion of projects. The salary range for this position is $91,922 - $112,357 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience1. Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in healthcare or business operations, including three (3) years engaged in project management activities; or
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in healthcare or business operations, including four (4) years engaged in project management activities.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
