About the role:
This position is responsible for driving and managing numerous moderate portfolio projects especially in AI stream. The position will project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, etc. Expertise in project management, AI methodologies, and stakeholder coordination to successfully deliver AI solutions. From defining project scopes to managing timelines, budgets, and resources, your skills will ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
Responsibilities:
Successful delivery of AI projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
Development and implementation of high-quality AI models that meet project requirements.
Strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and effective communication of project updates and outcomes.
Meaningful data analysis and insights that inform decision-making and drive project optimization.
Improved operational efficiency through streamlined processes and effective project management.
Accurate and up-to-date project reports and presentations that provide transparency and visibility to project status and outcomes.
Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects.
Maintain ownership of and accountability for the project schedule.
Effectively communicate project status — including schedule variances and mitigation options. Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.

Requirements:
10+ years of IT project management experience.
Degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required.
Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required.
Certification in AI will be an added advantage
Prefer to have experience with AI Assistants/ Copilots or deeper understanding of ChatGPT/LLM
Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Proficient in running projects in agile environments.
Proven track record in successfully delivering technology projects (possibly in AI), demonstrating strong project management skills in agile environment.
Deep understanding of project management principles and techniques.
Understanding of AI technologies, models, and techniques will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating teamwork flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical (data analysis) and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Experience using MS Project, MS Office, MS Visio.
Ability to build PowerBI dashboards is a MUST.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying up to date with AI trends.
Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization — adapts to rapidly changing priorities. Experience collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums.
