About the team

 

Project Management, Product & Service creation excellence team is accountable to:
• define and govern processes of product life cycle: creation, change and phase out
• define and govern tools for product life cycle processes
• implement project management mindset and framework 
It belongs to Portfolio Management Department.

 

What you can look forward to as Project Manager GDPEP Process implementation:

 

• Leads project to define, develop and implement processes of product creation, change and phase out with needed variants to cover all business models of Division B;
• Coordinates & leads alignment for the AM product & service creation process within the regions;
• Implements project management methodology for Aftermarket product life cycle process to ensure that product creation, change and phase out projects follow a smooth process execution;
• Represents and secures Aftermarket requirements within global GDPEP expert team;
• Challenges corporate functions to implement Aftermarket requirements within cycle of continuous improvement by GDPEP expert team, decides on precise wording for the implementation of the various deliverables for tha Aftermarket needs;
• Communicates OE GDPEP changes into the organization and secures necessary amendments within adopted Aftermarket GDPEP process or sub-processes.

 

Your Profile as Project Manager GDPEP process implementation:

 

• Profound experience and knowledge in project management and in process management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry (automotive preferred);
• Degree in Engineering and/or business;
• Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes, in particular cross-functional product creation processes such as GDPEP;
• Very good knowledge of English, Polish is nice to have;
• Proven ability to work in matrix organization;
• Key competencies: project management, process management, customer focus, perseverance, problem solving, conflict management, good net worker.
