Key Responsibilities:

Serves as the main Project Manager for flight training operations. Coordinates key pilot training projects as needed relating to curriculum development, technology integration, and product management. Organizes and tracks all aspects of projects and initiatives including interdepartmental collaboration, resources, schedules and tasks undertaken at the FTC (Flight Training Center). Understands key flight operations business drivers while working with minimal level of guidance on projects impacting the instructor/evaluator and pilot groups. Leads Assistant Project Managers in performances of essential job functions. Performs other duties as assigned by the Direct – AQP & Pilot Training Support.

Coordinates the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects related to pilot training and FTC operationsCoordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of curriculum development projects related to pilot trainingAssist in development of business cases for technology and curriculum initiatives including developing budget request and obtaining finance approval for expendituresProvide administrative support for flight training tools and technology, ensuring their effective use and continuous improvementOther duties as assignedQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Aviation Management, Finance, Business, or related field3+ years of related experienceProject Management SkillsCommunication skillsOrganizational SkillsAbility to work under strict deadlinesAbility to manage budgetsSkilled with Microsoft Office suiteSkill with project management softwareMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Master's degree in aviation field of study or prior experienceProfessional Project Management Certification(s)5+ years of related experienceKnowledge of 14 CFR 121 Air Carrier OperationsKnowledge of Instructional Systems Design
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
