Project Manager- FedRAMP experience
This position combines project management, data analysis, stakeholder interaction, and service delivery.
You’ll have
the opportunity to:
• Work with internal teams to support projects to
develop strategy, requirements and understand desired customer outcomes to
align and deliver against those expected outcomes.
• Present to multiple audiences and stakeholders
regarding metrics, monitoring data, etc.
• Work with business line sponsors, Service
Delivery Managers and other Project Managers to define and report Key
Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Engage external departments as required ensuring
that customer operations is represented effectively
• Manage process and tool capability requirements
and roadmap to support new offer implementation
• Handle client escalations and document
escalation processes
• Document security monitoring plans and present
to stakeholders
• Responsible for ensuring deliverables within
budget, scope, time and quality constraints
• Provide constant updates to management and
stakeholders on the project development and its related execution.
Ideal Candidate:
• BS Degree and 5-10 years of project/program
management experience.
• FedRAMP experience needed.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
with internal customers, partners and executive management related to service
delivery and monitoring plans.
• Ability to work within deadlines of structured
or unstructured programs, be flexible to business needs and have a commitment
to completing high quality deliverables on or ahead of schedule.
• Positive team player, with the
drive to collaborate. Strong ability to switch gears and be flexible on
day-to-day work requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
