Job Description

Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on the phone or in person, ensuring all client requirements are met with respect to data accuracy, regulatory requirements, turnaround time, pricing and bottles sets.

Fielding customer Environment testing enquiries and questionsReceiving feedback from clients and arranging appropriate response to needsCommunicating to customers any deficiencies in samples or chain of custody dataDiscussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessaryPreparing bottle orders for customer service and arranging transportation if necessaryWork with department supervisors to track client data to ensure on time deliveryCommunicate any anticipated delays to customer prior due dateFollow up on any DQR requests from customersOccasionally prepare quotations with the guidance of the Sales ExecutivesAssist with Administration tasksOther related duties as assigned

QualificationsUniversity degree or college diploma in a related fieldGood understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis etc.)LIMS and transfer program experience considered an assetSelf-starter, ambitious and energeticLab experience considered an assetEnvironmental testing experience considered an assetRegulatory experience considered an asset
