What you will do in this role

As a Project Manager on our team, you will:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources needed
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring clear communication among team members
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project progress and performance against predefined metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with financial expectations and constraints
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations

- Are proficient or bilingual in English
- Proven experience in project management, or leading cross-functional teams, preferably in a technical or customer service environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Interest in the adoption of new tools and ways of working.
- Strong computer and O365 tools literacy skills are essential.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus, though training will be provided.

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 Friday 9:00 to 17:00
- Opportunity to work from home 4 days a week either from Barcelona or Malaga
