In Research we are looking to identify investment opportunities capable of adding value for our clients and to help our clients build investment programs that meet their investment objectives.
The Role
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in directing and managing change and transformation initiatives for the Investment business. This role requires a blend of business analysis and project management skills to ensure efficient delivery within time and budget constraints, aligning with the business goals and objectives. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across different functions and regions to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strategic Change Management:
Support the strategic planning process for Investments, identifying and prioritizing key initiatives aligned with business objectives Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects and initiativesBusiness Analysis:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Develop detailed business cases, process maps, and functional specifications Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment with business needsProject Management:
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetPerformance Objectives

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related fieldProven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives and projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational transformationsStrong understanding of investment management principles and practices, with experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional investingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesAble to work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectivesAble to liaise with external vendors and consultants as neededStrong understanding of business processes and change management principlesStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindsetMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in business analysis and project management
