Our client, a leader in the grocery industry, is seeking a Project Manager - E-Commerce to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager - E-Commerce
**Location:** Cincinnati, OH
**Pay Range:** $40 - $60/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in conjunction with stakeholders.
+ Ensure all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget.
+ Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
+ Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and any emerging issues or risks.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Willingness to spend 3-4 days a week in-store interacting with associates and gathering feedback.
