In this role, you will lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and strategic development of CRM systems and campaigns designed to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall business growth. Your expertise in CRM platforms and project management will help drive innovative, customer-centric strategies in line with the company's advertising and marketing goals. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM-related projects, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, data, and design) to align CRM initiatives with broader advertising campaigns and business objectives. Develop and execute CRM strategies to support the advertising campaigns for customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping. Lead the delivery of CRM projects on time and within scope, from conception to completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the smooth operation of CRM-related initiatives. Identify project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to ensure the success of campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in CRM and marketing automation to ensure the organization’s approach remains innovative and competitive. Evaluate CRM tools and platforms for potential adoption, ensuring they align with the company’s advertising goals and needs. Drive the optimization of CRM workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize the impact of advertising efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus). Proven experience (3-5 years) as a CRM Project Manager or in a similar role within an advertising, marketing, or customer engagement environment. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and marketing automation tools. Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with data analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and customer trends. Knowledge of advertising industry trends, particularly in digital and customer engagement. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.). Experience in managing advertising campaigns using CRM tools or marketing platforms. Experience with A/B testing, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing strategies. Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations related to customer data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
