Preparation/finalization/tracking of L1, L2 schedules, catchup schedules & identify slippages & take corrective actions.  Anticipating potential problem areas and taking proactive action for resolution.  Highlighting critical issues for intervention of higher management. Timely resolution of issues/problems referred by internal departments (including site) & vendors. Ensuring timely supplies of materials, equipment to projects as per schedule requirements - Material Management/Inventory control. MIS & S - curve Site Report- Periodic site visits Legal tracker- Review/follow up with all concerned for statutory clearance & Compliances & updating record.  Interaction/co-ordination with Site Team, inter-department & external stake holders for liquidation of open points/clarification Project Risk Register: Monitoring of findings and action plan for mitigation. Preparation/finalization of Procurement philosophy & accordingly provide timely NFA/PR/Specs etc. to Commercial team for ordering.  Active participation in Pre-bid meetings  Kick-off meetings and progress review meetings with vendors at our HO / sites and at Vendor office / works. Tracking of Cost to Completion (CTC) of project.  Providing support for liquidation of punch points for reliable & efficient operation of the assets Adherence to the contracts deliverables as per schedule/site requirements  Keep record of processing and monitoring of Time Extension, LD, Contract amendment, Contract Closure proposals. Ensuring validity of the BGs (ABG, CPBG, PBG) as per contractual terms.  Ensuring validity of requisite Insurance Policy as per contractual provisions.  Follow-up with site team for closure of punch list of commissioned assets.

Educational Qualification:

BE / B.Tech. – Electrical. 

Experiences: 

Minimum 5-12 years of experience in project management Candidate with site exposure will have an added advantage.  SAP  Should have knowledge on various Project Management tools such as Primavera (P6), MS Projects, as well as knowledge on Advance Excel, Power BI tools for planning & analysis.
